Vedahit primarily provides service-based solutions. Once a service is initiated or completed, it may not always be eligible for a return or refund due to the nature of the work involved.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the service has not been started after successful payment
  • If there is a delay or failure in service delivery from our side
  • If the service delivered does not match the agreed scope
  • In case of duplicate payment made by the customer

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • If the service has already been completed or delivered
  • If the delay is caused due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after the service has been initiated
  • Any third-party charges or government fees involved in the service

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can request cancellation before the service process has started
  • Once the service is in progress, cancellation may not be possible or may attract partial charges

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction
  • Vedahit reserves the right to verify the request before processing any refund

6. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be provided after deducting service charges, processing fees, or work already completed.
